To send us an electronic FOIA request, please follow the below steps.

1. Right click this link and save to your desktop
2. Once saved to your computer, open the file and complete the top portion.
3. Save the completed form to your desktop.
4. Open your email client and send the saved document as an attachment to kallmond@oceancitymd.gov - Put "FOIA" in the subject.
