II. SITE PLAN – REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF APPROVAL
Request for extension of approved site plan of expanded restaurant, pavilion, and parking facilities for existing restaurant. The site of the application is described as Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 89 of the Fenwick Plat; and further described as located on the west side of Coastal Highway and south side of 131st Street, and locally known as O.C. Crab Bag, LLC, 13005 Coastal Highway, in the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.

III. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 PM
To consider amending Code Section 110-422. MH Mobile Home Residential District, Permitted Uses. (Proposed language addition in italics)
(3) The area above the maximum building height under a sloped roof not exceeding a 7/12 roof pitch may be used for habitation subject to dormers not exceeding the ridge line, which shall be determined by the narrow width of the main building, and in compliance with all applicable life safety regulations.
