The Ocean City Tennis Centers’ USPTA Tennis Professional and his staff at the Ocean City Tennis Center on 61st Street & the Bay will conduct camps. The staff will work with each junior player to improve their understanding of the game of tennis. The junior players will be introduced to stroke production and the games of singles and doubles in a non-competitive fun atmosphere. Add the “new player friendly” Premier courts and each student will finish the camp having improved their tennis game. Racquets are available to borrow.

Here's where the littlest of players, 4 - 7 year olds, gather for summer fun. Healthy attitudes toward tennis along with stroke basics are foundations of this camp. Non-competitive environment. Student-to-teacher ratio is 5:1. Hand-eye coordination and agility stressed. All sessions held on PeeWee Tennis courts at the OC Tennis Center. Racquets are available to borrow.

USTA® QuickStart Tennis
An exciting play format for learning tennis – using specialized
equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring.
A fast, fun way to get kids into tennis – and keep them playing.
Ages: Section A: 9 and 10 Year Olds (Boys and Girls)
Dates: (Skill Evaluation Day: June 11, 11am - 2pm)
June 18 - July 23 (Practices & Matches)
When: Saturdays, 11:00am - 3:00pm
Fee: Includes USTA®membership – $45 Resident; $55 Non-Resident
USTA® Junior Team Tennis
A recreational league for boys and girls ages 11 to 18. The teams have an intermediate and advanced level in each age group. Team Tennis allows participants to compete with and against juniors of similar skills and age. There will be one practice and one match each week.
Ages: 11-18 (Boys and Girls)
Section B: 11 and 12 Year Olds
Section C: 13 and 14 Year Olds
Section D: 15 to 18 Year Olds

Spring JUNIOR Tennis Clinic
Junior players will train by rallying and playing games. Emphasis will be on stroke improvement, game strategies, how to handle high balls and come in for short balls.
Ages: 8 to 16

Spring PEE WEE Clinic
Great fun for the little ones! Junior racquets, lighter balls, mini- tennis. Develop hand-eye coordination, groundstroke fundamentals and agility.
Ages: 4 to 7

When: Thursdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
